Chainsaw Chain Necklace in Oxidized Sterling Silver

DreamTower's chainsaw chain necklace is handmade in Bratislava from solid, nickel-free 925 sterling silver. Articulated saw-blade links and a rugged oxidized finish give this 50 cm necklace its gothic, mechanical character. Approximately 30 g. Ready to ship.

A CHAIN WITH TEETH
The chain itself is the design. Curved blades, small saw teeth and rivet-like details repeat link by link, turning the rhythm of a chainsaw chain into an original silver necklace. Movable connections allow the sculpted links to flex and drape as you wear it.

We finish each necklace by hand in our Bratislava workshop. Darkened recesses bring out the brighter raised edges, while the deliberately rugged surface keeps its raw character — because who polishes a chainsaw chain?

FIT, CONSTRUCTION & CARE

How will the 50 cm necklace fit?
The position of the necklace depends on your neck measurement and build. Compare its 50 cm length with a necklace you already wear. In one photograph, the necklace is lifted higher by hand.

Why is one connecting ring left unsoldered?
One connecting ring beside the clasp is deliberately left unsoldered; all other connecting links are soldered. This small, replaceable ring is intended to open under a strong pull, helping reduce strain on the neck and limit damage to the main chain.

It is a precaution, not a guarantee against injury. If the ring opens, have a jeweler replace it before wearing the necklace again. Replacing one connector is simpler than repairing damaged sculpted links.

Can the necklace catch on clothing?
The sculpted teeth can catch on loose or chunky knitwear, including open-knit sweaters and scarves. Gently free any caught thread instead of pulling the chain.

To preserve the oxidized finish, clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive polishing and silver dips, which can remove the darkened surface.
