Each piece is handcrafted especially for you, so I kindly ask for a little patience. - Ready-to-ship items: dispatched within 1–3 business days.

If your country isn’t available at checkout or shipping appears unavailable, please feel free to contact me, and I’ll do my best to find a solution.
Shipping Methods
our order will be delivered through trusted carriers:
- EU & International: Slovenská Pošta + your national postal service
- USA: Packeta → FedEx (integrated service)
All orders include a tracking number.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are fixed:
- €10 — Postal service (EU & International)
- €35 — Packeta + FedEx for the USA
These rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order, regardless of destination.

Customs & Duties
International customers (outside the EU) are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
Unfortunately, I cannot estimate or cover taxes for every country.
Order Updates
You will receive:
- an order confirmation email,
- a message when your order enters processing,
- and a shipping email with tracking once your package is on its way.
Returns & Cancellations
All items with no customization:
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.
Custom and personalized orders:
Not eligible for returns due to their handmade nature.
Cancellations:
Standard, non-custom items can be cancelled if the order has not yet been shipped.
(Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.)
