Frequently asked questions

What is the composition of your silver? Does it contain nickel?

Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. This means the alloy contains 92.5% pure silver, and the remaining 7.5% is copper and zinc. Pure silver is naturally very soft, so adding copper and zinc gives the metal strength and helps it keep its polish longer.

Can real silver tarnish?

Yes. The copper and zinc in sterling silver can oxidize, which may cause the surface to darken over time. The intensity of this process depends on the environment both the general surroundings and your skin chemistry.

Do you work with other metals or gemstones?

Yes. We also work with gold in different colors, yellow, white, and rose, and in 14k and 18k alloys.
If you’d like one of our designs made in gold or with different stones, just send us a message, we’ll be happy to discuss the options.

Can you customize a design or create a piece from my sketch?

Yes. All our jewelry is made in-house, and we bring our own designs to life ourselves. If you have an idea, feel free to contact us, we’ll discuss it together and, if it’s technically possible, we`ll create something special and unique just for you.

Do you work with natural gemstones?

We work with both natural gemstones (garnets, amethysts, labradorites, moonstones, opals, and many others) and lab-grown stones (cubic zirconia, nano-crystals, lab-grown diamonds).

We always start our work from an idea, and sometimes the perfect shade or color is found in a lab-created stone. The world of synthetic gemstones today offers an incredible palette and a beautiful source of inspiration.

If you see a design you like with a lab-grown stone but would prefer it with a natural one, we can always discuss custom options for you.

Why are many items made to order rather than in stock?

We care deeply about the environment and the resources it gives us, so we try to avoid overproduction.

We usually keep a small number of non-sized items in stock, but rings, where size is crucial, are made to order based on your exact measurements.

This allows us to offer a very wide range of sizes (including very small or very large ones that are hard to find in stores) and even ¼-size increments so your ring fits perfectly.

Are taxes included?

No. Since tax rules differ from country to country, local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
